Inpatient Programs

If you’re worried that you could put yourself or others at risk in the near future, consider checking into an inpatient facility. You’ll have a bed, meals, access to healthcare professionals, and time to process what you’re going through.

Therapy

Finding a good therapist is a wonderful thing. They can help you get through so much and help you learn to love yourself. I highly recommend it.

Outpatient & Support Groups

Group therapy is an incredible thing. It’s a great opportunity to connect with people, understand, and be understood.

Better Help

This is an app to help you find a therapist. I’ve heard good things about it from people I know.

Betwixt (It’s Free)

This is an app in the Apple store. It’s a choose-your-own story game made by mental health professionals and backed by science. The first three stories are free. The best part is, there’s a sponsor program for those who can’t afford the rest. If you have the funds to spare, you can purchase extra memberships when you get yours, so more customers can have access. If you don’t have the funds, you can get on a wait list to be gifted the rest of the stories for free.
